The Accounting Chamber intensifies its integration into the European audit community. This was stated by the Deputy Chairman of the Accounting Chamber Andriy Maisner during the VIIІ meeting of the EUROSAI Working Group on the Audit of Funds Allocated to Disasters and Catastrophes. The meeting with the participation of representatives of 13 countries is held online.

According to him, today Ukraine is an illustrative/demonstrative example of the catastrophe caused by war: social, humanitarian, financial, energy, environmental, etc. He noted that the criminal aggression of the terrorist country against Ukraine has led to extremely catastrophic consequences. "We all together, as professional auditors, should intensify our professional synergy with all the methods and tools available to us on this living example. The Accounting Chamber continues to work in the conditions of war to ensure that management decisions are as effective as possible, as it concerns the lives and health of millions of Ukrainian citizens. Risks and threats not only for Ukraine, but also for Europe and all mankind from the Russian terrorist threat are undeniable",  Deputy Chairman of the Accounting Chamber.

Andriy Meisner thanked European friends and partners for the support Ukraine receives. He is convinced that Ukraine's victory over the terrorist country should prevent further disasters and negative consequences for the whole Europe.

According to him, the unprecedented international financial, technical, humanitarian and military assistance coming from the European partners to Ukraine has priority importance in this war, both in terms of volume and time of its provision. "The effectiveness of this aid depends on the quality of management decisions of each European state that joined it, and in this our role as state auditors cooperating in systemic synergy is important. Ukraine is Europe, and together we will win!" − added the Deputy Chairman of the Accounting Chamber.
