The auditors will analyze, in particular, the organizational support of individual local and appellate courts, assess the effectiveness of management processes and the use of resources to ensure justice. The audit will cover the years 2023-2024.
The person responsible for the audit is Kyrylo Klymenko, a member of the Accounting Chamber. The audit will involve specialists from the Department of Control (Audit) in the Judiciary and Justice and territorial departments of the Accounting Chamber. The review of the report on the results of the control measure is scheduled for October 2025.
Based on the audit results, the Accounting Chamber will provide recommendations for optimizing the activities of the judiciary and implementing the necessary changes in this area.
