On August 21, the Head of the Accounting Chamber Olga Pishchanska and the Head of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption Viktor Pavlushchyk signed a Memorandum of Interaction and Cooperation.

The document provides for the exchange of information between the two institutions for the prompt, comprehensive and impartial analysis of data that may indicate violations of legislation in the field of corruption prevention during the planning and/or implementation of control measures by the Accounting Chamber, the implementation of recommendations based on the results of their implementation, as well as as a result of the National Agency conducting an analysis of corruption risks and taking other measures provided for by law aimed at combating corruption.

«Today's signing of the Memorandum – is a signal to society that state institutions are actively cooperating with each other, exchanging experience, strengthening each other's ability to protect the interests of citizens and the state. I hope for further fruitful cooperation between our departments for a more transparent and responsible system of public resource management», – summed up the meeting, the Head of the Accounting Chamber Olga Pishchanska.
Let us recall that in March of this year, the Accounting Chamber signed a memorandum on cooperation with the Audit Board of the Ukraine Facility. There are also memorandums with a number of scientific institutions, which are part of the Accounting Chamber's systemic policy of openness and partnership aimed at strengthening control over the efficiency of the use of public finances.
