The Accounting Chamber, together with the Ministry of Defense, is conducting a survey on the quality of logistics support for military personnel

The Accounting Chamber initiated a survey of military personnel as part of an audit of the compliance of defense procurement in the logistics support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The goal is to identify problems that directly affect the daily combat readiness and quality of support for the troops.  Responsible for the report is Hennadiy Plis, a member of the Accounting Chamber.

The survey of military personnel is being conducted through the «Army+» application and will last until July 30, 2025 inclusive. Partners in its implementation are the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the state enterprise of the Ministry of Defense "State Operator of the Rear", which carries out procurement of food, equipment, fuel and other critically important resources for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The questionnaire covers key issues regarding the quality and timeliness of the supply of everything necessary for service: food products, equipment, fuel and lubricants, etc.

The answers received will allow the Accounting Chamber to provide an objective assessment of the situation with the provision of military personnel and to formulate practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency of relevant procurements.

The Accounting Chamber is grateful in advance to the military personnel for their participation in  this survey, their expressed experience and position. Each  answer – This is a step towards creating a more reliable rear and ensuring decent service conditions!
