Iryna IVANOVA was born in March 30, 1967 in Kyiv.
Education
1988 – graduated from Kyiv Institute of National Economy, specialty "Labor Economics", qualification – economist.
2007 – graduated from the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, specializing in "Social Development Management", qualification - Master of Social Development Management.
2007 – PhD, Economics.
Author of the monograph "State Financial Control. Development Paradigms".

1988 – 1992 – Economist of Economic Analysis of the Wage Fund Use Unit of the Prombudbank of the USSR.
1992 – 1997 – Economist, Senior Economist-Accountant, Deputy Accountant General of JSC “Technika plus” in Kyiv.
1997 – 1998 – Specialist of Licensing Chamber of Moscow District State Administration of Kyiv City.
1998 – 1999 – military service under a contract as a head of Financial Service in item 3030.
2000 – 2004 – held supervisory positions of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
