Background: The EUROSAI IT Working Group (ITWG) was created at the 5th EUROSAI Congress held in Moscow in 2002.
Membership: The Group is chaired by the SAI of Poland , which took over from the SAI of Switzerland at the IX Congress (June 2014) and it is composed by more than 30 members.
Mission and aims: The EUROSAI ITWG aims to further the institutional sharing of expertise and experiences between the SAIs of the European region and encourage the implementation of joint activities in the field of Information Technology. The Working Group tries to complement the initiatives of the INTOSAI IT Audit Standing Committee and to encourage the mutual sharing of experiences between the two organisations.
