with participation of the representatives from the:
1. Office of Auditor General of Norway
2. Federal Court of Audit of Germany
3. U.S. Government Accountability Office,
during II Meeting held in Kyiv, Ukraine, on December 4−5, 2007 agreed on the following:
1. Take into consideration the results of the national audits of the SAIs participating in the International Co-ordinated Audit of the Chernobyl Shelter Fund.
2. Agree with the proposals on the structure of the Joint Report of the International Co-ordinated Audit of the Chernobyl Shelter Fund.
3. Accounting Chamber of Ukraine, as the Audit Co-ordinator, should prepare and agree with the participants the Draft Joint Report of the International Co-ordinated Audit of the Chernobyl Shelter Fund before March 2008.
4. Agree with the procedure of signing and presentation of the Joint Report in the framework of VII EUROSAI Congress that will be held in June 2008 in the Republic of Poland.
5. Chairman of the Special Subgroup should present the Report on the Special Subgroupґs activities in the framework of VII EUROSAI Congress that will be held in June 2008 in the Republic of Poland.
6. Members of the Special Subgroup should consider and forward their proposals on the possible subjects of cooperative audits for the period of 2009−2011 and other activities until March 2008 following the Subgroupґs Terms of Reference.
7. Chairman of the Special Subgroup should define the date and place and inform all members of III Meeting of the Special Subgroup until middle of March 2008.
