Serhii Kliuchka was born on 31 October 1983.
Education:
2006 - graduated from the National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, speciality is Finance, qualification - Master of Finance.
2011 - graduated from the National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, speciality is Law, qualification - lawyer.
2019 - graduated from the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, speciality is Public Administration and Management, qualification - Master's degree.
PhD in Economics (2019).
Work experience:
Since 2006, he has worked in various positions in the state financial control bodies and internal audit units in state bodies.
On 21 December 2023, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appointed Serhii Kliuchka as the Member of the Accounting Chamber (Decree of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine No. 3529-IX dated 21.12.2023).
On 19 April 2024, by the decision of the Accounting Chamber, Serhii Kliuchka was elected Deputy Chairman of the Accounting Chamber (decision of the Accounting Chamber dated 19.04.2024 No. 19-2).
