Analysis of the implementation of recommendations provided in the field of law enforcement and anti-corruption bodies in 2024 has begun
On May 30, a control measure was launched, during which the Accounting Chamber will analyze the implementation of recommendations provided in 2024 to law enforcement and anti-corruption agencies, as well as the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, and the State Treasury Service of Ukraine. In total, the auditors plan to analyze the implementation of 95 recommendations.
In particular, it is planned to:
• analyze and assess the level (completeness) and timeliness of implementation of the Accounting Chamber's recommendations;
• to analyze the impact of the implementation of the recommendations on the state of regulatory and legal regulation, organizational, administrative, and financial and economic activities in the field of management of law enforcement and anti-corruption bodies.
The results of the control measure, for which the member of the Accounting Chamber, Yelizaveta Pushko-Tsybulyak, is responsible, will make it possible to objectively assess the impact of the implementation of the recommendations on systemic changes in the field of law enforcement and anti-corruption activities.
The analysis of the implementation of the recommendations of the Accounting Chamber is carried out taking into account the International Standards of Supreme Audit Institutions (ISSAI) and with the constant support of international partners.
One of the key priorities of the Accounting Chamber for 2025 is also to increase the level of implementation of its recommendations and improve the systematic monitoring of this process. As part of the implementation of this strategy, the practice of analyzing the implementation of recommendations by areas and periods has been introduced.
So, during 2024-2025, the following have already been published:
– Report on the results of the analysis of the implementation of the recommendations of the Accounting Chamber and the assessment of their impact on the sphere of intergovernmental relations;
– Report on the results of the analysis of the implementation of the recommendations of the Accounting Chamber in the sphere economy, digital transformation, protection of economic competition and management of state property;
– Report on the results of the analysis of the implementation of the recommendations provided by the Accounting Chamber and the assessment of their impact on the system of changes in the field of judiciary and justice;
– Report on the results of the analysis of the implementation of the recommendations provided by the Accounting Chamber and the assessment of their impact on the system of changes in the field of implementation of state functions;
– Report on the results of the analysis of the implementation of the recommendations provided by the Accounting Chamber and the assessment of their impact on management changes in the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
